Ou Est...Je Suis...

"ou est...je suis..." in english basically means "where is...i am...", which pretty much sums it up.

signal faded. call was lost. reconnecting is an option, or is someone trying to tell us something? is there anyway to find out? there it is again. just don’t pick up. they will go away (lie #4,782). you will never be free. the ball and chain are firmly attached to your neck and they have been tossed overboard. at best, you can hope like jason vorhees for a sequel. at worst, you can drown at the bottom of the lake never to be heard from again. but the opposite. you’ll be heard from. you’ll be contacted. you of all people…you know nothing. you have no information, nothing what-so-ever to offer to anyone. yet they keep on coming in, one after the other. until your finger is blistered and crippled to fit. and you’ll send out as well. and every time you will ask yourself why and as the seconds tick by while your brain struggles backwards just about dying to make some connection they pick up and you’re forced to try to think of something to say again. but you’ve been through it before. you have your script. don’t vary, stress the right syllables and you’ll be fine. and afterward, when more than all is said, and very little has been done, they will come to a screeching halt. and the silence will be as bad if not worse. and you’ll stare at that little fucker hoping upon hope that it will light up your life. but alas, there is no one that will reach out that is not paid to do so. and no one that will pick up if you were able to some how muster up the nerve to lift that anchor up off the bed. nowhere. nothing. fuck up. waste away your hours now and wonder why you get nothing done. wonder why you’ve got nothing to show for yourself. wonder why you wonder instead of doing something. anything? your chances are going down with the sun. at least you know your sleep won’t be interrupted. and somehow that’s just about the saddest thought you’ve had all day.
